Home delivery is available for all locations within a 5 mile radius from Priory Farm, South Nutfield. 

There is a delivery charge of £5 for all home delivery orders.

There is a collection charge of £2.50, for picking and packing.

Home Delivery is available exclusively for Priory Farm Reward Cards holders only. 

Our Click and Collect service is available to Priory Farm Reward Card holders only

Applications for our Priory Farm Loyalty Scheme have currently been suspended until further notice. 

Once your order has been packed, we will issue an invoice via email for payment. This will be either on the evening prior to your delivery date, or the morning of your delivery date.

Yes, we can offer product substitutions. You can opt out of product substitutions within the Checkout form.

We only accept card payment for our Home Delivery and Click and Collect service.

Yes, our Click and Collect service is no-contact. Payment is made online. When you arrive at the Farm Shop to collect, you will need to call us and open your boot. We will then bring your order to your car and place the items in your boot.

Once payment has been made online following our e-invoice being sent, you can come and collect your order on the designated day of collection. We are open for collections between 9am – 5pm.

We currently offer deliveries on Wednesdays and Fridays.

We do not offer designated time slots, however your order will be delivered between 10am – 4pm on the assigned day.

We are unable to accept orders over the phone or via email. Please use our online system for all orders.

Any changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to your delivery date. Please contact the email address listed in your order confirmation, changes cannot be made online.

Deliveries are restricted to 1 per week, per address, to ensure we are able to provide food to as many households within our local area as possible.
